About Danny

I'm Danny. I'm a Senior Creative and Art Director who lives in Portland, Oregon. Most days I make campaigns, interactive experiences, web sites, scripts, videos, grid systems, photographs, and really anything I consider fun for people to see.

Other days I host podcasts, co-run a production company, and try to put my political science and writing degrees to good use.

Also: I listen to the same songs on repeat way too much.

Freelance Creative Director and Art Director

Creating ideas, films, artwork, content, digital, social, UX/UI, retail, environmental, strategy, and fun for some of our favorite brands, from concept to execution. Currently managing a team of 50+ creative and production subcontractors for all client projects.

PDXDF is a new annual festival honoring Portland’s rich history of community design festivals, bringing together designers of all disciplines, design enthusiasts, and friends of the design community to celebrate and advance our collective crafts.

Led a team of creatives making campaign concepts, design executions, film and photography, digital UX/UI, retail experiences and industry-defining ideas for the largest footwear and apparel company on the planet.

Led the creative department in developing creative concepts, technology and content initiatives, as well as projects that expanded client accounts and agency revenue, while ensuring consumers had delightful brand experiences. Spearheaded creative team expansion, management of the design team, as well as developed and managed a creative department internship program.

Created the agency’s interactive department from scratch, led digital creative, and expanded our clients’ digital and social campaigns and opportunities.

Developed cross-platform creative concepts, with a focus on consumer experiences that were “obsessively human”, while also developing new out-of-home media techniques.
